If your delivery has failed, here’s what usually happens and what you can expect next.
A delivery may fail if:
- The recipient is not at home during the time of delivery
- There is an issue with the address
- There is an issue with the parcel during transit
What happens next:
- The courier should attempt delivery 3 times. We recommend updating delivery information, if needed, after the first attempt fails.
- You can provide safe place instructions, access instructions and even re-direct to a parcel shop, all within the courier’s tracking website.

- Occasionally they may return the parcel to sender if they are unable to deliver
- Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will automatically refund you
- If it hasn’t been refunded yet and you would prefer a replacement (subject to stock), get in touch!
