Check the tracking information:
- The reason why your delivery is being held usually show in the tracking. You can find the tracking information in the order packed confirmation email we sent you.
Get in touch with the courier:

- If the tracking information shows that your order has been stuck for a few days, get in touch with us. We will assume that the order has been lost in transit. We will then organise a replacement parcel (subject to stock) or a refund of your order.
