We're really sorry that something you ordered is now unavailable.

Sometimes our warehouse spots that an item isn’t suitable for delivery. For example, if it’s damaged or doesn’t pass our quality checks. When this happens, we’ll send the rest of your order and automatically refund you for the missing item.

Refunds

  • You’ll receive an email letting you know the item was removed.

  • A refund will be processed automatically within 2 working days of that email.

  • You’ll get a second email once the refund has been issued.

  • Refunds usually take 3 to 5 working days to appear back in your original payment method.

Checking your refund

  • Didn’t get a refund confirmation email yet? It may still be processing. Contact us if it has been more than 5 working days.

  • Got the email but don’t see the money after 5 working days? Then please get in touch and we’ll resolve it for you.
