What counts as damaged
An item is considered damaged if it arrives broken, leaking, crushed, spoiled, or otherwise not usable.
Before contacting us
Take clear photos of the item’s condition before disposing of it.
If relevant, also photograph any damaged packaging and the product label.
When to get in touch
Contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you’ve received a damaged item that you cannot use.
What to include in your message
Your full name
Your order number
The name of the damaged item
Clear photos showing:
The damaged item (unwrapped)
Any damaged packaging
The product label (if necessary)
