If your parcel is showing as delivered but hasn’t turned up, here’s what to do:
- Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Our couriers upload a photo of the delivery and coordinates of where it was left.
- Check the delivery location shown in the photo/coordinates. Sometimes couriers leave parcels with a neighbour or in a safe place nearby (like behind a bin or by your door) when they can’t reach you.
