If your parcel has been returned to DELLI, here’s what usually happens and what you can expect next.

Parcels may be returned if:

  • The address provided was incomplete or incorrect
  • The courier was unable to deliver after multiple attempts
  • The parcel wasn’t collected in time from a pickup point


What happens next

Once the returned parcel reaches our warehouse, we will automatically refund you.

If it hasn’t been refunded yet and you would prefer a replacement (subject to stock), just get in touch as soon as possible.

Before contacting us

Check your order confirmation email to make sure your address, email, and phone number were entered correctly, these are often the root of delivery issues.

Then, if a refund hasn’t been issued, let us know whether you’d like the order resent or refunded.
