Once you have placed an order, here’s what updates to expect:

  1. Order confirmed – we’ll send you an email right away
  2. Order packed – we’ll let you know when it’s ready to go (this email will include your tracking link)
  3. Order shipped – the courier will let you know when they’ve got it
  4. Out for delivery – nearly there, the courier will keep you updated
  5. Delivered – enjoy!


Tracking your order

  • You’ll find your tracking details in the email titled Your order has been packed
  • The estimated delivery timeframe is in your order confirmation email, this is usually 2–5 working days from the date of your order


Freshly baked items ship on a set schedule

Papo’s Bagels, Good in Bread, and Mamma G bake fresh to order and ship on specific days. If your order includes one of these, your whole order will be shipped on the same schedule.

Here’s how it works:

  • Papo’s Bagels

    Shipped once a week. Orders can be placed between Friday at 8am and Monday at 8am, and will be delivered on the following Friday.

  • Good in Bread and Mamma G

    Shipped twice a week. Orders placed by 8am Wednesday will be delivered on Friday. Orders placed by 8am Friday are delivered on the following Wednesday.
