Before your order is packed
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we may be able to remove an item for you. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can check the status of your order.
After your order is packed or shipped
If your order has already been packed or sent out, we won’t be able to remove or cancel items at this stage.
After your parcel arrives
If you still want to remove an item after your parcel arrives, get in touch with us to see if we can arrange a return. Please note: not all items are eligible for return, especially if they’re perishable.
