Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn’t been packed yet.
How do I know if my order has already been packed or shipped?
If you’ve received tracking details by email, your order has already been packed and is on its way. We’re really sorry, but we can’t cancel it at this stage.
What if I haven’t received tracking details yet?
If there’s no tracking email, your order may still be in our warehouse. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help cancel it if it hasn’t been packed yet.
What if I missed the cancellation window?
Once your parcel arrives, you can get in touch with us to see if the item is eligible for return. Please note: not all products can be returned, especially perishable goods.
