Before your order is packed
We can update your address provided you haven’t received tracking yet! Once you receive tracking details, your order has been packed and dispatched.
If you haven’t received tracking yet
There’s a good chance we can still help. Just contact us at support as soon as possible and bear in mind our team is available Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm.
If you’ve already received tracking details
Your order has been packed and is on its way. At this stage, couriers won’t allow full address changes, but small edits (like correcting a house number) may still be possible through the courier’s tracking page. We recommend re-directing the parcel to a nearby parcel shop via the courier’s tracking page so it can be collected without issue.
